Team stress management
Experiential stress management training through self-defence: the body trains calm under controlled pressure, and the team carries that response into the workplace.
The principle
No one learns to manage stress from a slide deck. Here, the team experiences real pressure — but safe and controlled — and learns, hands-on, to breathe, decide and communicate when the pace picks up. Experience first, reflect after.
Controlled-pressure exercises that teach body and mind to stay calm when everything speeds up.
Responding in seconds, with simplicity and precision — the same skill demanded in tough meetings.
Posture, voice and clarity to handle difficult conversations without escalation or freezing up.
Group scenarios where the team learns to protect itself and cooperate in the face of a shared challenge.
How it works
Sessions of 3h, 6h or 9h — or a regular 2h/week programme — at your company's premises or a partner venue.
Counts towards the 40 annual hours of continuous training required by Portuguese labour law. Learn more about the 40 hours.
