Corporate team building
Experiential self-defence (Krav Maga) sessions that build cooperation, confidence and communication — no competition, no aggressive contact, accessible to everyone.
Why self-defence?
Most team-building days are fun, but little of it sticks. Here, the team faces simple, safe physical challenges that demand mutual trust, quick decision-making and clear communication — the very skills you need at work.
Pair and group exercises where the outcome depends on the team — not on the strongest individual.
Progressive, controlled situations that build composure and decisiveness when the pace picks up.
Posture, voice and clarity: skills that transfer directly into meetings and negotiations.
No aggressive contact. Suitable for any age, gender or physical condition.
